Nepalese society is following a way of modernization in the development process. Beside many political ups and down the country had move in the new federalism system from, the socio economic condition of the country depends on the development system of the country as well as production and income played a vital role in the socio economic situation of the community. This study is about a socio economic practice of two district in central Nepal following ongoing development process. A mixed method (Qualitative and Quantitative) with estimated 160 HHs primary survey, 6 FGD questionnaire, 4 case study and many secondary information from online journals and library survey had fetched many realities and figure from the field survey. The data revealed that the both districts are following a series of ongoing development process, socio economic condition of the districts are based on the income opportunity generate from agriculture, livestock, and from different wages. Local production are following a traditional agriculture method for the production. The data also revealed that the average land size is 2-5 kattha for the study area and average income opportunity from different sources is Nepalese Rupees (NPR)10,000 per month with an average food sufficiency’s for 6 months from own production. The average livestock size for small livestock is 4 and sanitation and deification situation is far better in the study area. The study result concluded that the socio economic situation is depending on the production, income and development process of the country, the study further suggested to use the modern technology for the agriculture production as well as to strengthen education and infrastructure development, which are the key demands of the community.
