Abstract

The paper addresses the importance/impact of training and education as it is seen as Skill development program. The purpose of this paper is to introduce and evaluate the Skill Development Programme (SDP) as a training intervention. The SDP will be evaluated by measuring the skills transfer that took place and whether the Student performances increased after the intervention. SDP is improving the skills of participants to perform the job. Skill development is the growth of toil at every level of task/program. In rewa , Such skill development program will not only promote some employment but also support their families by generating income.
