AN EXPLORATORY STUDY ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE APPLICATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR: FUTURE PERSPECTIVES

Abstract

In the competitive era, each and every sector has been witnessing massive changes in the field of technology. It has been found that, organization is ready to accept the changes and wants to be into competitions. The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) right from e-commerce sector to healthcare sector and from few years into education sectors has increases. Many organizations are now ready to leave their traditional approach of working and ready to invest in developing their own AI and machine learning technology for smooth working. Hence, education sector is one of them to adopt Artificial Intelligence application to reach students who located into remote area. The research paper is exploratory in nature. The researcher has used secondary data with the objective of to study the uses of AI into education sector and its future. The Review shown that education sector using less costly AI application as compare to other organizations. AI applications supports personalized instructional and dialogue system, analysis of student progress report, support in game-based teaching, students-support Chabot system. The research paper has concluded that by changing trend all sectors have to adopt the cloud based, web-based, AI application to improve the quality of the education.
