A STUDY ON DIFFICULTIES FACED BY BANKING CUSTOMERS USING MOBILE BANKING PLATFORM

Abstract

The internet and the mobile phone, the two technological advancements that have profoundly affected human behavior in the last decade have started to converge. Using variety of platform services are being created to enable mobile devices to perform many activities of the traditional internet in a reduced format by mobile devices. One such area of activity is mobile banking. Mobile banking means execution of Banking and Financial transactions using a Mobile phone or availing banking services through a medium of cellular phone, without visiting the bank’s branch. The present study makes an attempt to understand the difficulties faced by banking customers while using mobile banking services. The study basically depends on primary data. The required primary data are collected by means of structured Questionnaire administrated to the customers of selected banking customers in Kozhikode district.
