Abstract

There is a general acceptance, now of the significance of early years, in the later development of children and that of the fact that environment transactions and intervention can help experiences of children. This structuring can assist in recognizing those contrasting shades of the human as well as material environment of the child, which may be instrumental in providing one child with a superb start and another child standing and struggling at the bottom of development stair case. Individual differences due to genetic potential of child are beyond the control of growth scientists and educationists. But the identifications of factor favorable for growth and development can help in creating those whole some experiences and interventions in the social milieu of a child which may bring him to optimum level of his inherent potential.
