Abstract

The diversity simply refers to differences or variance. The concept of diversity is based on individual acceptance and respect. It means that every individual are unique and different. Grobler (2004: 46) also support this view that every individual is different. Diversity can be defined as understanding and appreciating inter dependence of humanity, cultures and natural environments. Diversity mainly has two dimension. The primary dimension and secondary dimension.
