It becomes an essential element to understand the underlying mechanisms of plant disease, therefore we need to primarily focus on the interaction between plants and microbes at the molecular level, which will help out to solve the global needs of food and resources in the field of agriculture. Plants have a natural immune system to react to infections which subdivides into two parts. The first part identifies and reacts to molecules common to different classes of microbes, including non-pathogen. The function of the second part is to react to pathogens virulence factors, either directly or by affecting the host targets. We can also see the intricacies or reciprocation between plants and pathogen attackers. A vast and deep comprehension of plant immune systems will defiantly support development in crops for food and biofuels production in the future.
