Abstract

Mongolia is one of the countries that opted for a democratic way in 1990. Democracy as part of the third world democratic movement. This one, the preference of people was expressed in the Constitution of the country described above. Enthusiasm to support democracy has not waned, although unchallenged confidence in it is weakening, especially due to lack of progress in economic growth, persistently high levels of poverty and increased corrupt practices, particularly in some eco-friendly sectors. Mongolian civil society has received much praise from analysts, mainly Alien, because of its power and vibrancy. Although these glowing accounts are don’t have any merit, it's important to take a more sober look at it. Such a favorable climate – political, cultural, economic and financial –The future of Mongolia's civil society may be seriously undermined.
