Abstract

Out of three organs of the government, the Parliament is the legislative organ of the Union Government. As India has adopted the Parliamentary form of government; there is a close relationship between the Parliament and the Council of Ministers. The party which enjoys the majority in the Lok Sabha forms the government. All the Ministers are required to be the members of the Parliament. The government formed will have to act as per Constitutional mandate.
