Unemployment occurs when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to find work The problem of unemployment has becoming a great problem for our nation .various problems are caused this problem. There are individual factors like age, vocational unfitness and physical disabilities which restrict the people. External factors include technological and economic factors.
