CSR is a process by which managers adopt appropriate business processes and strategies for the common good of the stakeholders. Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability are two different subjects and deal separately with the MOU evaluation. Dealing with the two concepts separately does not make any practical sense because these two subjects are linked closely with each other from the business point of view. Now, they have been clubbed together in one set of guidelines.
