Abstract

Retention is considered as one of the most important function of Human Resource management. The HR practice of employee retention includes a 360 degree approach wherein the overall assessment as well as training of an employee is undertaken. During normal course of time a common retention practices are undertaken defined as per the mission and vision of a company while during unusual time a restructured approach is followed by HR professionals backed by company’s management decision.
