Abstract

Education is the Key Instrument in bringing the Social Change in any society all over the world. Education is a human right with immense power to transform. On its foundation rest the cornerstones of freedom, democracy, and sustainable human development. Education is desired for itself as it opens up a vast world of opportunities and ideas to the educated person. It is also of great instrumental value in the process of economic growth and development. Education plays a critical role in demographic transition; female education, in particular, is seen to important in the process of economic growth and development. Professional Education is associated with better Human resources outcomes. There is a strong correlation between literacy and life expectancy.
