Abstract
International business has a very long history , and laws have evolved so that transactions can take place legitimately between a supplier in one jurisdiction and a purchaser in another.
However, commercial trade works through a structure of regulation and control. This is in sharp contrast with internet’s original ethos of freedom and anonymity. Interesting layers of legal uncertainties arising from internet trading are increasingly being defined and resolved.
