Abstract

The Constitution is a such ultimate document which described the various organs of the state, such as, the legislature, Executive and the judiciary, their powers, functions inter relationship and the duties towards the people. The constitution is framed keeping in the mind the views at part, the present and some anticipated summon problems in future. Human nature is very complicated and we can say that no constitution can be taken either good or bad.
