Abstract
Lifestyle diseases are the diseases associated with the way a person or group of people lives. We are not born with them but are resulted due to our faulty living habits. These diseases are also called as diseases of civilization and appear to increase in frequency as countries become more industrialized and people live longer. They can include-Alzheimer’s diseases, atherosclerosis, asthma, some kinds of cancer, liver diseases, chronic pulmonary diseases, Type2 diabetes, heart diseases, metabolic syndrome, chronic renal failure, osteoporosis, stroke, obesity and most important and severely stress.
