Abstract

Employment is generates in the process of economic growth. The rates at which the tow move are, however, not necessary similar. Economic growth is related with production of goods and services and to employ so more persons is necessary to production of product more goods and services. So it is obvious that rapid economic growth generate more employment opportunities. Economic growth with accelerating creates a suitable, sustainable and better-of condition for any economy. Therefore, the study of employment-unemployment situation seems very important. It helps to know the success of economic policies in employment creation according to needs. Objective of this paper is to review the situation of employment-unemployment in India.
