Abstract

All over the world, unemployment is a major issue of analysis today. The gap between the employment opportunity and the number of growing labour force is a serious problem of almost all the countries of the world. Due to stagnant or shrinking employment opportunities in the organized sector, unorganised sector is the only place where the vast mass of unemployed people can find their livelihood all over the world.
