Through this paper the researcher is attempting to initiate a dialogue on facilitating each student of the school to arrive at the apex of their potential and constantly be able to redefine their ways and means for contributing towards a harmonious social environment. It is a well known fact for all of us that the existing school conditions and resources are insufficient for both – the school teachers and the teacher educators. And we in academia need to reflect upon how each student can be served the best even before our budget allocation is multiplied manifolds and a lot of material resources are arranged for. But for that we probably need to convince ourselves as to why it is important for each student to bloom? It may be understood in the light of student’s right as well as societal responsibility and the nation’s duty. Effective democracy is anyways a joint responsibility of all the agencies participating in it. However herein the focus would be the challenges faced by the teachers and teacher educators in understanding the criticality of their role in the entire scenario in general and with specific reference to the student from disadvantaged strata of the society. The paper endeavors to provide some suggestions about how these challenges can be converted into enhanced opportunities for enriching the educational experience of each of the student in a regular school.

Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience usually produced by something that injures, or threatens to injure, the body. Pain begins with a stimulus, but is influenced by physiological and psychological factors before it becomes part of our consciousness.Although pain is something that we invariably want to escape or to stop, it serves several very important functions. Pain protects us by triggering a reflexive withdrawal from something damaging before we can suffer further injury, such as when we drop a hot pan before we sustain extensive burns. It is also a warning system that lets us know when an injury is about to occur: the burning ache in our muscles during extreme exertion warns us to stop using them. Pain forces us to immobilize or protect an injured part, such as a broken ankle, thus giving it a chance to heal. Pain also lets us know when we need to seek medical help, and teaches us what behaviors to avoid in the future.

It is envisaged that NT will show potentially significant impacts in Environmental and Energy applications. These includes, developing new green processing technologies that minimize the generation of undesirable by-products. It can be used to monitor and remediate existing waste sites and polluted wastewater sources. Can be used for purifying water and air by removing finest contaminants and providing significant impacts on energy efficiency, storage and production. The main components of security are confidentiality, integrity and availability . Confidentiality is the assurance that information can only be accessed by the intended and authorized recipients. Access control mechanisms can be used to preserve confidentiality. Cryptography can for example be used to make the information unreadable to anyone except the parties who hold the cryptographic key to unscramble the data. Integrity is the assurance to an entity that data has not been altered (intentionally or unintentionally) during transmission, from origin to destination. Integrity mechanisms can be divided into two classes: prevention and detection mechanisms. Prevention mechanisms seek to maintain integrity by thwarting any unauthorised attempts to modify the data, while the purpose of detection mechanisms is to signal if the data’s integrity is breached. In a distributed database system, a program often referred to as the database's "back end" runs constantly on a server, interpreting data files on the server as a standard relational database. Programs on client computers allow users to manipulate that data, using tables, columns, rows, and fields. To do this, client programs send SQL statements to the server. The server then processes these statements and returns replies to the client program.

The pocket money spending behavior of the students is similar to that of any other customer group. The general tendency of the students is to spend as much they get as they do not understand the pain of earning money except those who are doing part time jobs. As are proven in many studies, students are normally irrational and impulsive customers who spend their income without much thinking and evaluation. The increase in the disposable income of middle and lower income groups of people and the nuclear family system have caused the purse of the students to become bulky nowadays. This research is an attempt to find out the spending pattern of students and the differences between male and female students in spending and saving. The study also explores the relationship between academic performance and pocket money. This study finds that students are fascinated towards mobile phones, two wheelers and fashion clothes and they spend their pocket money mostly for the above purposes. It could also be seen that the pocket money does not affect the academic performance of the students. But there is a gender difference in the relationship between pocket money and the extent of savings.
